ROOM RESERVATIONS

Reservations are to be made directly with the hotel by writing the hotel room reservations department or by calling 1-800-634-6753 in the Continental U.S. or direct 702-794-9412. Please ask your attendees to request the group rate for NATIONAL CHR EDUCATION & TRAINING – 40TH ANNIVERSARY. You can also reserve your room reservation online.

The Hotel requires a one night’s room deposit plus Clark County Room tax. This deposit may be made by major credit card, check, or money order. The credit card is charged at the time of the booking and if you are sending a check or money order, the Hotel must receive payment within 14 days of making the room reservation or it will be canceled. The room deposit is refundable if reservations are canceled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.

The Hotel does not issue written confirmations, however, a guest may obtain a confirmation number by calling our Room Reservations Department at 800-634-6753.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for room reservations will be June 27th July 10, 2008.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests who check out earlier than scheduled will incur a penalty of one night’s room and tax. The guest will be informed of this at check-in and can change his/her checkout date at the time of check-in, without penalty. After that the early check-out penalty of one night’s room and tax will apply.
